One platform. The control each location actually demands.
Everything here is managed together and configured to your site. You are never running four systems that happen to share a logo — every capability writes to the same transaction record.
Technology matched to the process.
A fastener bin and a calibrated gas monitor run different processes. One needs an accurate count and a clean replenishment signal; the other needs a gate that releases an instrument only while it is in test. The format is chosen to support the process that actually runs at that location — what the item is, how it is issued, who may take it, and what has to be true before it leaves the shelf.
| Application | Control it gives you | Suits a process where |
|---|---|---|
| Toolstore | Full, via the operator. The record is written as the person issues. | A person already issues, and you want the record without changing how the floor works. |
| Industrial Vending | Gate, attribute and verify — item by item. | Issue happens without a storeperson — night shift, weekends, remote crib rooms. |
| Weight-Based Shelving | Cabinet: gate and count. Open shelf: record only, no gate. | High-count small parts, where the count is the thing that matters and a gate would only slow the work. |
| Inspection & In-Date | Issue blocked on lapsed status, with a logged override. | An item has to be in date before it can be used, and someone currently checks that by hand. |
| Turnarounds & Campaigns | Mobilise, control, demobilise and reconcile against a window. | The work is time-boxed and the store has to arrive, run and be reconciled to a handover date. |
| Custody & Assurance | The record is the control — permit, competency, revision, batch. | The record is part of the procedure, and the consequence of not having it is larger than the item. |
Two families, and they are priced differently.
The store you run every day
Consumables, PPE, tools, small parts. Sized from your three drivers and judged against the consumption it makes attributable and the waste it removes.
The event that does not happen
Isolation, competency, calibration, document revision, weld traceability. Scoped against the consequence you are managing and priced on it.
