Turnarounds & Campaigns

When the work is time-boxed and the consequence is severe. Three phases, one record.

MobiliseFleet delivered, commissioned and populated for the window. Crews enrolled against contractor and work package.A controlled store live before the first shift, not during it.
ControlIssue against work package, crew and shift. In-date gating on anything that carries a regime.Consumption attributable while the window is still open, not after demobilisation.
DemobiliseRemoved, reconciled and closed out. Nothing recurs and there is no rollover.A reconciliation at handover instead of a dispute six weeks later.
From the floorday 9 of 21 · 03:20

Two crews on the same work package, one of them a contractor. At 3am nobody is checking a sign-out sheet. At handover the consumption splits by crew and by package without anyone having to remember anything.

Proof

High-complexity shutdowns commonly run over budget and over schedule, and the consumables position is one of the few things that can be brought under control quickly without touching the critical path. The record is produced as a by-product of issuing, so it costs the crew nothing.

Honest limit

This only pays where deferred production is real, quantified money and the window is long enough to matter. A short or non-continuous job will not justify a mobilisation, and we will tell you that rather than sell you one.

Priced as a window, not a term

Points are rented for the campaign at a short-hire rate, with mobilisation and demobilisation per point. Nothing recurs afterwards. The commercial shape is deliberately different because the risk is.

When is your next window?

Campaign scoping works backwards from the handover date. The earlier we start, the less it costs.
